Mode of Operation

Each case becomes a new project.

With the goal of solving a claim a plan is drafted, people are chosen, responsibilities are set, a budget is made up and a follow-up calendar is given.

Each project requires the right people.

For each file or project there is a core of people around whom a new group of people is assembled.

The project group is constituted from existing contacts and new people who all work on a contractual basis.

This enables us to be very flexible: next to our standard network of people, we are able to hire or attract specialised persons, without being hindered by an organisation with its own rules, fixed structures and possible conflicts of interest.
Each project is built on international expertise
Our specialisation and focus on the international claim solving business provides us with a vast databank on cases and tested scenarios to manage several legal actions.

We are able to instruct solicitors in several countries in and outside of Europe simultaneously.

We always try to keep in mind an amicable settlement with the debtor in the interest of our clients.
Each project needs its own specific approach
Through our knowledge of the Emerging Markets we are in contact with brokers, salesmen and other business people.

These contacts are able to offer a solution in each particular case. This knowledge is worth golden if a solution fits your claim and can be brought together.
Each project is assessed financially
During the process matters of research, financing and setting up the list of actions are addressed. When a project is attempted, a budget is planned.

The budget will be a controlling tool in order to consider whether or not to start with the file and, if proceeded, to manage the progress of the file.

Where you have a valid claim, but lack the necessary funds to pursue it, we can even seek to arrange appropriate financing. Financial vehicles are discussed.
Decisions will have to be taken that will have it consequences in a later stage of the project. In order to ease the burden of pre-financing the recovery of its own claim, we can provide for a friendlier financing of the project.
